Richard Mathias:

Having always lived in the West Country, Richard Mathias originally came to Devon to study at Exeter University. Following his time in Exeter came a stint studying for property qualifications in Bristol as well as working his first job in a residential property agency, returning to Devon as soon as the opportunity presented itself. 

With experience exceeding 10 years in the property industry, Richard has repeatedly seen the massive short-falls by property management agencies for landlords to be provided with a professional service they can completely rely upon. 

Living in Devon within close proximity to the coast, moors & Exeter, Richard is passionate about every aspect of our beautiful county and is proud to be an ambassador for its promotion. It is his passion that has driven Richard to create Mathias & Partners, setting a higher benchmark for all other Devon letting agents. Ian Trusler:

Having spent many years running successful acquisition & accountancy companies, Ian Trusler moved to the West Country to enjoy more time with his family and to pursue a long-term fascination with real-estate and property management.
