If the landlord uses our services we will reward you by paying a referral fee of £50! We will also pay a further £25 to you if the landlord uses Mathias & Partners for additional properties. 

As an incentive for landlords we will offer them a 10% reduction in our fees. 

The essential information needed is your name, email and telephone number, the name of the landlord, their contact telephone number and address. You may also know the address of the property ‘to let’ - which will help us massively.
